Completion of the eight-lane A40 Rhine Bridge and the bridge trains in Ruhrort is imminent. Without these Achilles‘ heels, Duisburg will become even more efficient as the logistics heart of the region. We remain an important hub in the Rhine-Ruhr logistics region and lead the Revier in new office space construction. This will enhance everyone‘s quality of life and create attractive incentives - for sustainable investments in logistics, industry and services, leisure and, of course, housing. Duisburg has fired up the turbo and is giving wings to the development of the location.
